Our multi-day retreat offerings are growing! As such, we’re looking for new retreat managers and head cooks to support our multi-day meditation retreats across the United States. Dharma Gates is looking for folks interested in working on our team as retreat cook or retreat manager on a by-retreat basis. Read below for more information on each position and how to apply!

Retreat Lead Cook
Dharma Gates is seeking individuals interested in working as lead retreat cooks for multi-day retreats (2 to 8 days).
If accepted, you will be added to a pool of retreat cooks that we will draw from on an ongoing, as-needed basis. This role will be a 1099 contractor under our 501(c)(3) non-profit.
Retreat Volunteer Cook
Dharma Gates is seeking individuals interested in working as assistant volunteer retreat cooks for multi-day retreats (2 to 8 days). Volunteer cooks get to sit most of the retreat typically, and their travel to and from the retreat is paid for!
If accepted, you will be added to a pool of volunteer cooks that we will draw from on an ongoing, as-needed basis. This role will be a 1099 contractor under our 501(c)(3) non-profit.
